Experience: I have my own server which is in progress with a website for proof, I have had admin on one Which has sadly gone down due to money difficulty's i'am used to Playing smp and am looking forward to do that on the server.
Contributions: I have a wide knowledge of plugins and permissions, Which may come in useful if needed.
