Auctions, storage center

Hey,
If you have seen the show "Storage Wars", you will like this post. First we build a storage center where you can rent a room to have your stuff secure no matter what. Then, if someone doesn't make their monthly/weekly payment, the room goes for auction with the chests in it. When we buy it, the money can go into a lottery, or to the server to be dead money. Also, we could have auctions for condos or buildings/houses.

I think this would be a lot of fun and we could do this.

But if someone can make a chest and put a sign and have there items completely secure why would they pay to secure their items?

I agree with Red I don't think anyone would pay to secure items that they themselves can secure with a single sign.

ok, but what if we did auctions for other stuff.(buildings, houses, Services, shops, or even towns) We would have like 1 day of the week always be auction night. And during the week we post on a thread what we want sold and where it is. So then every auction day we have auctions at various places. The winner of the auction pays the previous owner the sum of money that was bid.

Thanks, i was thinking saturday night for the auction because of more people then. Also, if we talked about it a lot leading up to it, it may get more attention which means more bidders. Thanks everyone for their inputs.
