I think I had some interest from Trahzil and Laud, but I'm starting a new thread specifically for this build. I'm suggesting we find a mountain, try and hollow it out, and build a city inside it. I know that's not much to go on, but if you're interested, post here.

I've found somewhere. Unfortunately, my laptop is a fool and won't allow me to see my coordinates to post here, but if anyone wants to join the build, all they need do is contact me and I can get them there.

I'd love to help Milky although mountains are particularly rare (from my expericances) you may have to build one artificially.

Yeah, Tortoise is right, there are practically none. However, and Laud and Trahzil will vouch for me here, I found a particularly kickass crevasse/cave thing which can be extended and built into.
And anyone who wants to join in is very welcome. ^^
Edit - The /compass command tells me the site is 305 degrees North-West, if that's helpful to anyone?
