yo, i could use some help!

ok so ever time i log onto any server i can play for about ehh 5min or so then i get this

Usually caused by terrible internet speeds. Take a test, and if it turns out to be slow, then I don't know, move.

Almost a LMGTFY question.

thats probably right cuz my internet provider has been up and down lately they are updating there systems or something to make for faster internet. well according to what they said when i called last time it was down. (2 days ago)
