The Story So Far -

All details are subject to be tweaked slightly, possibly pinched until excited.
[Player] awakens on a ship floating in the waters near the town of Fallea. The ship is unmanned except for [Player]. There is little to suggest there ever was a crew on the ship. [Player] had been traveling East, attempting to flee from the poor living conditions of their homeland. Judging from the condition of the vessel, it won't be able to move for a long time.

[Player] leaves the ship to explore Fallea. As they look around, they come to realize something. There is nobody here, but the fireplaces are still hot. Nothing is damaged, it's as if the residents had just left recently. [Player] doesn't think about it too much, and continues on through the town.

After some walking, they come to a path to the top of a large mountain. [Player] can smell a faint smell of ash and gloom. Hurrying up the path in order to look for the source of the scent, they begin to hear rushing water. [Player] reaches the top of the mountain, which overlooks the an area known as Forsaken Keep. All that remains of Forsaken Keep are the burning buildings and crumbled concrete structures.

The sound of rushing water is at it's loudest. Investigating the source, [Player] finds a waterfall leading from the mountain down to a pool of water below. [Player] steels their resolve, and takes a plunge downward.

Current Building Objectives
  • Build a mountain a small distance away from Fallea, preferably very tall (around 60-80 blocks, possibly more). Must have a waterfall from the top viewing spot to the ground. Also needs a climbable path to the top.
  • Build the remains of Forsaken Keep - Destroyed wooden buildings on fire, heavily damaged stone structures like a windmill and a small keep.
  • Await the completion of the Guardian Monolith's Sword Tomb.

Sounds pretty good. Are we just going to let the player travel through themselves, or lead them through the village finding bits of diaries and things like that, so they start to get an idea of why the town is deserted?
Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Also, Hypnotoad.

Sounds really good. I wouldn't mind helping with the mountain.

What's the best way to do the mountain? WorldEdit it then add some bumps and dips? Or just build it from scratch?

Sounds awesome so far, love the mountain idea. We could maybe incorporate some of the adventure inside the mountain :)

Progress was actually made! Also the keep and waterfall should not take Piix (and a few others) that long to build... I'm anticipating the rest of the story.
