Somethign strange on the server.

So something strange has been happening on the server tonight... a java.io.exception is being shown everytime We try to /tpa or /home. When you die your items duplicate and diamonds disappear. I lost a stack and a half. I hope I get these back and Piixel does a rollback of the server. Somethings not right. I hope you get this piixel.

This happened to me about five minutes before I wrote this post.
I logged on to see I was alone on the server.
Then KrisKruse and FightingIrish got on. All of our McMMO stats were rolled back. I tried to do what Temphas is describing. :

And then I disconnected and connected to be back in my house as if my progress for the last 12 min. was rolled back. Thanks Temphas for creating this topic.

This isn't the first time this has happened, and it isn't something I can prevent. As far as I am aware, It is a problem caused by bukkit 1.1 it causes a number of plugins to generate very large log files very quickly. This problem causes files to be reset to default (log, ban list, player rank). I have contacted the hosting company multiple times about this problem, the last response I received was, "We sincerely do expect this to no longer be a problem".
Thanks Temphas and Spongemd for posting on forums, I'll see what I can do about lost items, probably not much...
