Not that I disagreewith this idea, Piix, it's just that I think there might be some problems and unfairnessd that arise from the '5-faction' rule.

What if faction B is successful, built a decent member base, and made a few pretty cool creations. It is subsequently removed because a 2 strong faction featuring one VIP decides it want it's own faction. I dunno.

Just sayin'.
