Pop your game into Third Person by pressing [F5] and maneuver the camera in such a way that you can clearly see yourself and the Code sign. Open your chat while in Third Person, type in the Code, and take a screenshot. If you do not do this, we can not verify you completed the Chambers and you will not be rewarded!"
