Experience: I have played on several servers and setup my own server a few times. I have also setup all the plugins and permissions for a few servers and been the head admin on them.
Contributions: I always help people out when they have a question about how a plugin works or just general game features and I might even be able to help out the admins if you need it lol I can also occasionally build huge projects to just make the server look nice.
